The ISG is collaborating with Samantha Close, Ph.D to conduct a research study on ideal ecommerce platform characteristics.
Information Sheet For Participation In Research Study
Ideal Platform Characteristics
Principal Investigator: Samantha Close, Ph.D.
Institution: DePaul University, USA
Collaborator: Chiarra Lohr, Indie Sellers Guild Foundation
We are conducting a research study because we are trying to learn more about e-commerce platforms where people sell vintage goods, craft supplies, and/or handcrafted items. We want to know what makes a good platform, from the point-of-view of people who sell on it and people who buy items on it.
We are asking you to be in the research because you buy and/or sell vintage items, craft supplies, and/or handcrafted items on one or more e-commerce websites. You must be age 18 or older to be in this study. This study is not approved for the enrollment of people under the age of 18.
I can't wait to see what the results are!
