Poshmark Loses Another Co-Founder As SVP Seller Experience Tracy Sun Exits
Executive shakeup at Poshmark continues as co-founder and SVP Seller Experience Tracy Sun steps down after 15 years at the company.
Sun posted an announcement about her departure on LinkedIn, thanking her fellow co-founders, the Poshmark team and community, and partners at Naver which acquired the company and took it private in 2023.

The news follows co-founder and SVP Engineering Chetan Pungaliya's departure in March 2025 and co-founder and CEO Manish Chandra stepping down in September 2025, naming Naver President of Investments, Namsun Kim, as his successor.

That leaves only one of the original co-founders, Chief Technology Officer Gautam Golwala, still at the company.
Sun did not provide any details about where her next chapter might take her or who will be filling her shoes at Poshmark going forward, but the next SVP Seller Experience is likely to have their hands full after several recent changes to the site have proven unpopular with the seller-base including the controversial Excessive Listing Removal Policy and recent changes to Poshmark visibility and discovery.
