Poshmark Rolls Out New Tools For Relisting; Seller Concerns About Excessive Listing Removal Policy Remain
Poshmark has announced new tools aimed at making refreshing old listings on the platform easier, but sellers say the company still isn't addressing major concerns raised by Excessive Listing Removal Policy enforcement.
Sellers report receiving an email today about the new features which include a Listing Age Filter and improved Copy Listing Tool.
New Tools to Help Refresh Your Listings
We’ve heard your feedback around the Excessive Listing Removal Policy, including the need for more clarity and better tools to support compliant listing. Today, we’re rolling out two updates designed to make refreshing your listings easier, more transparent, and more effective.
Listing Age Filter
Now available directly within your closet’s Filter, this tool helps you find listings that are 60 days or older so you can easily identify which items are ready for a refresh.Improved Copy Listing Tool
We’ve improved the Copy Listing feature to support easier deletion and relisting. When copying a listing that’s 60 days or older, you now have the option to delete the original listing and transfer its Likes to the new version, keeping your Likers and the ability to send them offers. How to use the Copy Listing tool:
- Go to your listing and select Edit
- Tap Copy Listing and choose Yes
- If the listing is 60 days or older, choose to Publish Copy or Replace Original (to move Likes)
These updates are designed to support your success while helping deliver a great shopping experience. We appreciate your feedback on the Excessive Listing Removal Policy and we’re committed to continuing to listen and learn.

While these new tools may be helpful, sellers say Poshmark is completely glossing over the number one concern they have raised about the Excessive Listing Removal Policy which was introduced last month - the massive amount of warnings and suspensions which continue to be handed out to sellers who cross-post their items to other marketplaces and may need to delete items from Poshmark if they sell on a different platform.

Sellers have taken to Reddit to air their frustration with the policy and Poshmark's apparent intentional sidestepping of the warnings and suspension issues.
This still means nothing to me if I can’t delete listings that sold on other market places without fear of being suspended.
They acted like they addressed an issue we had an issue with- but no, Poshmark, you did not listen to our feedback because the main issue wasn't us wanting to keep our likers when we copy a listing that's already 60+ days old - it was that we are furious for getting listing banned while deleting items we no longer want to have for sale!!!
How are they this obtuse to the cries of the majority of their sellers. Always gaslighting us at every opportunity.
Others said the new features are still a bit buggy and worried that it might put them at greater risk for receiving a warning or enforcement action if they tried to delete listings to redo the relist.
The new copy listing feature is still not working for me. I haven’t tried on the computer/website, just the app.
It's still a bit buggy I believe. I tried this on a handful of listings and 2 of them are still showing up when I filter for listings over 90 days old. Maybe 2 out of 8 didn't update correctly and now I'm terrified to delete those and try again.
