eBay Experiences Disruptions In Shipping, Buying, Registration
In addition to the "no shipping services available" error impacting shipping, eBay's system status board currently shows disruptions to Buying & Registration.

eBay was not specific about the disruptions to Buying and Registration though they have acknowledged the shipping issue.

None of this of course reflects well on eBay's multi-year journey of tech-led reimagination. Honestly, this is the most buggy and glitch laden I have ever seen the platform in my 15 years of selling. 🤦♀️
