Poshmark Tests Smart Sell Feature Allowing Sellers To Automate Offers With Minimum Prices
Poshmark appears to be testing a new Smart Sell feature that will allows sellers to automate offers with minimum prices for acceptance.
Eagle-eyed sellers on Reddit noticed the new option on the Share page with the following information:
Was just almost done making a listing on my laptop and came across this. Smart sell. I don’t know if I love it or hate it. Not using it yet as I don’t know how it works. But it is interesting. What is the automatic counter? I am listing it at $39 my lowest maybe $25 in the long run but I would counter at $32. Would they just counter at my lowest?
What I want is to stop people from offering me $10 for it but they just like I make things more complicated then they are!

Turn on Smart sell enable it from the share page of any listing you want to automate offers on Set your minimum price choose the lowest price you’re willing to sell the item for Send offers and we’ll handle the rest send offers to likers as usual. We’ll automatically accept or counter for you.
Other sellers expressed their enthusiasm for the feature, saying if it works like minimum offer options on eBay, Mercari, Depop and other marketplaces, it might be the best update from Poshmark in a long time.
I haven’t seen this yet, but if Poshmark is finally, FINALLY!! going to let us enter an offer minimum on listings and allow auto offers and counter offers to likers, then I will literally jump for joy, then do cartwheels and backhand springs. I have been hoping for this for years. If anyone has used this, I would love to hear more!
Oh I would love a feature like this. My Mercari & Depop are basically automated because of the auto-offer features those have. I’m very much a “set it and forget it” type person, so if Posh can negotiate for me I’m all for it
Some sellers say they have not seen the Smart Sell feature and others say they saw it earlier but it has now disappeared, so it's unclear if this is a limited beta test or phased rollout - but with such positive reactions, hopefully Poshmark will launch it fully soon!
