eBay has made two announcements about shipping rates today - one about increases for UPS and the other about decreases for select services via USPS.

UPS® Rate Changes Effective October 2, 2022

Effective October 2, 2022, UPS will increase some of its rates on the eBay Label platform between 1 – 3%. The adjustment will mainly impact heavier ground packages and some air packages.

New lower rates for USPS Priority Mail labels effective September 26, 2022

Unfortunately, neither of those announcements gives sellers any concrete idea of exactly how much more or less they'll be paying for shipping - simply saying to check the shipping calculator to compare rates.
