Yes, I am trying to ship postcards, and I am getting the same error message.
They are definitely having an issue. The callback time is increasing every time I check
When you click purchase label you get an error "somethings wrong try again later" Their is some kind of new "glitch" everyday, really getting old eBay.
Happening again today 2/6/2024 - ebay standard envelope quit working. Can't print labels. I'm able to print a USPS label ground advantage just fine.
Good old ebay, can always count on running into a problem that has been around for years and no adjustments. It has to be what cesarmor said above, but there is no way that ebay is that terrible that they haven't fixed the issue in almost 3 years right??????
Predictably, as usual, eBay's System Status page shows all green with no disruptions or outages for shipping.
But DownDetector shows a spike in problems reported starting around 1:30 PM Eastern time.
Unable to print shipping labels for the eBay standard envelope. Anyone else having trouble? I'm really starting to hate this POS company
eBay has yet to acknowledge the issue and unfortunately, because eBay Standard Envelope service can only be purchased and printed via eBay labels, sellers may be stuck waiting (risking late shipment dings) or paying a higher price to ship via a different service.
