eBay Shipping Label Printing Errors 12-4-23

eBay says this shipping error has been resolved and labels should be able to be purchased and printed.

eBay sellers report problems printing shipping labels, receiving "something went wrong" error message when trying to purchase shipping.
Anyone else having trouble purchasing a prepaid shipping label in the app or on the website? It just spins for me on the app and on the website it gives a "something went wrong" error message.
I am unable to purchase a shipping label today. I'm getting a message that says "Something went wrong. Sorry an error occurred while loading the page. Please try again. If you see this page again, please check you are using a supported browser version. "
I only have one order to ship today, so I cannot say if this applies to multiple items. I have tried using different browsers on my PC (Chrome and Microsoft Edge). I have cleared the browsing data and removed extensions. I have also tried with my iPad using DuckDuckGo and Safari.
Down to the last 2 items to ship today. Everything has been fine. Now can't buy postage. Says, "Something went wrong". Waiting on it to be resolved. Anyone else?
Yeah I can't get any labels to generate in bulk or individually on my phone or my laptop. It says "Sorry we couldn't find a delivery service for this order. Error getting quotes from server. Retry."
The issue appears to be impacting both desktop and app experiences.
Bulk labels (web): going back and forth from not loading orders, to loading orders with this message "Sorry, we couldn't find a delivery service for this order.Error getting quotes from server."
Single labels (web): "Something went wrong. Sorry, an error occurred while loading the page. Please try again."
iOS app: Never ending spinning wheel, page won't load.
eBay has acknowledged the problem and say they are working to fix the issue.

The eBay System Status page is currently showing an outage in Shipping they are "actively working to resolve" as of 9:48 AM Pacific/12:48 PM Eastern
eBay community staff are saying this is an "all hands on deck" situation, but they are unable to provide a timeframe for expected resolution.
Hey everyone, I don't have any updates to share at this time, but I can assure you that this an all-hands-on-deck situation and we are working to fix this as soon as possible. Thanks again for your patience. I'll be sure to update this thread the moment I have more info to share!
In the meantime, sellers are suggesting using alternative label sources like Pirate Ship or Stamps.com to avoid late shipment defects.
