eBay Promoted Listings Glitch In iOS App 2-11-24

eBay sellers using the iOS version of the app report a glitch that is preventing them from turning off Promoted Listings ads when creating or revising listings.

No thanks to promoted listing button doesn’t work

The no thanks to promoting the created listing does not work. Only promote works. You can tap tap tap and you literally have to close the app out to get out of the listing without promoting the listing.

Yep same here.. come on ebay give us an answer. Tedious to say the least. I list all my items with my ebay ap. cant be bothered to use a browser. Never had to before.

ebay app stuck on Promote Listing

each time i list an item the Promote Listing button stays stuck on the Promote button; i have to power off my phone to get past it. I have uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. Any ideas? Is this an ebay app issue?

Promoted suggestion page getting stuck every time

having to close app every time it appears. Can we please also get rid of the promoted page, I am never going to use it and am fed up being prompted for it, this is the final straw.

After listing or revising an item frozen on Promote Listing now page.

I can’t finish listing or revising item without restarting ipad, very irritating.

stuck on promote your listing page

Everytime I list an item for sale on eBay app the promote your listing comes up and does not allow me to accept or decline. The app just freezes and I have to shut down my phone to reset the app. The problem started a day or two ago.

Everytime I list an item for sale on eBay app the promote your listing comes up and does not allow me to accept or decline. The app just freezes and I have to shut down my phone to reset the app. The problem started a day or two ago.

Currently, the only workaround available is to try completing the listing on desktop or using a mobile browser instead of the app.
