Update, everything is working like normal again and sellers will be reimbursed for any impacted transactions. Shipping calculator and label flow are not currently adding in Non-Standard Fees. The shipping team is aware and working on a fix (April 26, 2022 - April 28, 2022)

Still no word on if/how eBay plans to compensate sellers for all the underpaid postage.

eBay sellers are reporting eBay's shipping calculator is not currently applying USPS dimensional surcharges.

The new surcharges went into effect April 3rd and eBay had been adding them in correctly, but it appears a change or glitch may have removed them in the last day or two.

I just check an order and shows the same rate, no surcharge, I pray this isn't a fluke. My sales are down 30% because of the surcharge, not to mention the items I can't buy for now on.

Any idea's what is going on with the eBay Shipping Calculator. Since yesterday, it is no longer applying the added costs for the NonStandard Fee related to Dimensions (i.e., 23 inches/32 inches). Question is for those listings that already have the Dimensions applied to shipping, is it going to charge the Buyer correctly?

No word yet on if eBay will compensate for any additional postage due or provide protections for affected users.
