Some sellers have been unable to end listings for several days as another tough tech week at eBay continues.

Yes, this is happening to me also. I cannot end buy it now listings - the listings stay active. Tried different browsers, clearing cache, restarting computer - nothing will end the listing.

Just noticed this today 7/20/23, when I try to end a buy it now listing - it doesn't work. The listing stays active. I tried ending the listing about 10 times now and nothing. I tried different browsers. I cleared cache. Restarted computer. I'm using a laptop and chrome, but like i said, I tried different browsers and nothing will end the listing.

I'm on pc and i tried ending a listing with the Edge browser also and the listing will not end. I just saw now that there are 2 other threads about this issue by 2 separate people - 1 on Selling and 1 on Report Technical Issues - no solutions on either.

I have had this problem now for the third day. I have reported it to Ebay but it is still not working. Earlier in the week it was another side link button that was not working also. Also, I have two Ebay selling platforms and it is the same on both.

As a work around, some impacted sellers are finding they can end listings if they use the link on the help page for how to end a listing.

You can try doing it from this "end a listing" help interface page...I don't know if it will make a difference but may be worth a try:

Clicking the big blue "end your listing" button takes the seller to a page where they can search for the item they want to end and that does appear to still be working for sellers who are unable to end listings through the usual Seller Hub functionality.
