Because I have so few items listed, it's easy for me to catch some things that other sellers might miss because they have so many listings.

I purposely do not log in from my phone so that I can see my listings as a buyer might see them.

When I view my items, there is always a number of items at the top of the page. Currently, it says, "Search all 51 items" (but I have more than that listed).

Starting this morning, my item count is off by two when viewing my listings by account, but not logged in.

Two of my items do not show up in items that I have listed. From my Seller Hub, I have 53 items listed.

I figured out which ones are missing. I don't know why they are invisible. They are NOT two recently listed items. One item was listed on Oct. 24, and the other was listed Aug. 18th.

Has anyone else looked at your listing count while not logged in, and realized that some are not being shown to potential buyers? Please try it and see what you come up with. I'm very curious.

I'm having the exact same issue - my total items count is 2 short of what it should be. Considering it's eBay, I'm thankful it's only 2 and that any of my items are still visible. Started about midday today. I'm guessing it will be straightened out in under 2 months.

Mine does the EXACT same thing, off by 2. It'll tell me as a buyer that there are 133 listings but I have 135. At first I thought I actually sold 2 items! But then I crashed back to reality and realized it's probably another eBay glitch. Sorry I don't have an answer but wanted to say you're not the only one with this happening...

One seller even reports a shocking difference of over 3,000 listings not shown in the store page view.

Unfortunately, it seems no one has an answer for this I'm currently dealing with the same issue, but I have roughly 3,700 listings missing from my store view page. When i first noticed this (yesterday) it was closer to 5,500 missing listings.

I've probably spent 3 hours so far ending and relisting listings just trying to get my item count correct. It's made a small deferens increasing it by 1,800 but I've probably ended 8000 of them and the count is still way off. I did use my husband's phone to see if it was just on my end, but it isn't.

I did reach out to an eBay representative, and they asked me to farther explain the satiation and as i was typing happily ended to conversation before i sent my first message so I don't think they will be much help.

Count of Listings in Store not matching count for Active Listings?

I've been tracking our store count for the past several days... but the reported # of listings in our store... is continually about 30 items less than eBay indicates for our "Active Listings." As it's apparent that there is no "technical help" option in speaking with customer support... I figured that I'd try here.

I've been watching the number of listings in our eBay store jump back and forth... to the correct number (matching Active Listings) and then later reporting a lower number... where it stays for days at a time.

Can't tell is there are items not showing up on eBay servers... or if there is another remedy the can get us back to numbers that correctly match our true inventory. I've refreshed all of our listings... and held off more than 24 hours before listing more new items... to no avail. Only "Active Listings" has an accurate number... while our eBay Store reflects incorrect listing totals.

I have been reviewing this over the last 2 days and I am having the same issue. Currently my store shows over 300 items less than what I have listed in my seller hub. (7137 items show in store but I have 7493 showing up in my listings) Hopefully someone from ebay technical support will look inot this.

Same here. I have 8512 and it's showing 1762. I haven't found it to impact anything yet, but I do wonder if those listings will show up in search so I can edit qty. etc...Also are they showing up in customer searches? No idea because I have no idea which listings are "missing".

eBay has not yet acknowledged the issue and it is not included in the list of "ongoing technical issues" posted in the community.
