eBay Feedback Problems 10-26-22
eBay buyers and sellers report they are unable to leave feedback today on both the regular website and in the mobile app - attempts to do so are met with a generic error message that says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again."
It appears to be a worldwide, sitewide issue with reports coming in from the UK and Australia as well as the US.
Have several items I need to leave feedback for and all I get after repeatedly writing the feedback on more than one item is "We ran into a problem. Please try again." Try again when and how often?
Can’t leave feedback. Keeps coming back with an error. Tried signing out, restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling app. Still not working. Messages and other functions working.
I need to leave feedback for a few items, but when I fill out all the options and click the button, I get a "We ran into an error, please try again" message. This happens on every item, not just a specific one. Is there a problem with the system at the moment?
Anyone else able to leave their buyers feedback today?
I have tried through the awaiting dispatch page and keep getting an error message. Then tried through Seller Hub Leave Feedback and cannot leave feedback that way neither.
eBay support on Twitter says "this is not a known issue" however, they are currently being flooded with reports, so I suspect it will become a "known issue" shortly.
