eBay Feedback Glitch 4-17-22
eBay sellers report problems when trying to leave feedback for buyers - once feedback is left it is not being removed from the "awaiting your feedback" list, resulting in confusion and annoying reminders to leave feedback for orders where feedback has already been left.
For the past few days I have noticed that the "left feedback" icon is not showing up. Now this morning, I am trying to leave feedback and I keep getting a message that my feedback cannot be left, close the window and try again. I have tried 7 times to leave feedback for my buyer.
Yes, I tried leaving feedback for 10 items and it keeps showing that I haven't but when I try again it says I have. (even thought the feedack needed and leave feedback show otherwise)
I left positive feedback for an item that just arrived today. But the seller has not received it. I double-checked, and refreshed the page several times, but the feedback left icon is still gray.
So I tried leaving feedback again, but received the message from Ebay saying that I already had left feedback. I have tried signing out and in again, using a different browser, and clearing my cache, but to no avail.
I have the same problem. I have left feedback for two items, but the icon does not show that. I get a message if I try leaving feedback again. I think the feedback is there because it shows on my profile under "Left for others". So I hope the seller got the feedback. But the little pencil icon isn't functioning properly.

This feature allows to view Feedback on the Seller Hub that still needs to leave for Buyers. Normally after you leave them Feedback , the item disappears from the list. For the last 2 weeks the sold items remain on the " Awaiting Feedback List" even after you have left them feedback.
I'm guessing this is a technical issue. I've left feedback for multiple items. When I return to My Ebay again it still says I need to leave feedback for the sellers I already left feedback for.
seller hub shows awaiting feedback, I have left positive feedback. After it has been left, eBay does not update and still shows it hasn't been left yet. I have gone back to leave feedback again. eBay say's feedback has been left but it still shows up as awaiting feedback.
Also overview in seller hub has not updated in 3 days almost like it is frozen. I have logged out and back in refreshed pages cleared cache and tried on mobile app with same results
I left feedback for my orders and they are not showing up on my "Manage orders awaiting shipment" page; the last column "Engage buyer." When I check the feedback left for others page, it shows that I did. Just wondering why this started happening within the last few days. Anyone else experiencing this? Any info would be appreciated.
