eBay Drafts Listing Errors 7-6-23
eBay sellers have been experiencing errors when trying to create or edit draft listings since yesterday.
I can see the drafts and create them on the app but can not view the drafts on a web browser on my drafts page. They keep diverting to a page that says it is their technical issue. So frustrating on my time management.
Guess I will have to call it a night and hope the drafts I did create do not disappear like last time causing me over 60 hours of lost labor. I am only 10 hours of labour into these drafts, but would still not like to lose valuable effort.
This afternoon, as I am saving my draft listing, multiple times I have been bounced to the "its not you its us" server down page. It was fine last night, and I accept it once in a while, but it has been every single time now. The information I put in saves, but it sends me to that page, not back to my drafts.
Anybody else getting server errors today? Every time I try to save a draft I get the pink screen with the It's Not You server issue. Anybody else? It's been going on for me for a few hours now.
Can't get to my drafts to work on. Been having other intermittent 500 errors all day across the site pages.
Is anyone having trouble accessing Ebay’s draft feature? It keeps saying their server is down.
So the message " its not you, its us " has been and issue most of the day. Super inconvenient when you just want to GET THING MOVING.
i found i had to work around this to avoid being behind on listing. seems the app works fine but the issue for me is less things such as condition area and some stuff in the description area.
I Had to do as much as I can in the app, List it and then go back and edit it on the desktop or revise it I should say. It's a pain in the butt but if I can get 10-15 out, its better than waiting on the service to come back up. Just a temporary work around for anyone.
eBay support on Twitter has acknowledged this is an ongoing site issue they are working to resolve.

eBay community staff have also acknowledged the issue and provided a ticket to reference when contacting support.
It looks like there is a reported sitewide issue for sellers not being able to load or access their drafts. I will have the Tech board updated here shortly and if sellers are running into this I recommend to reach out to customer support. Just let them know that you are experiencing ALERT14786 and they will have you account added to the ticket.
