eBay users report an error preventing them from logging in after updating to the most recent version of the iOS app.
I updated my app to the latest version of 22.214.171.124 and since then i am unable to login into my ebay account it just says “ Oops! something went Wrong” , i have 101 orders to dispatch . I spoke to ebay yesterday but they didn’t comeback yet. I thought its my phone only but it seems to be almost every one who updated their app. Ebay do something ASAP

As a temporary workaround, some users say they are able to login when using their mobile browser instead of the app.
I have recently updated the eBay app & ever since I am unable to log in using my Touch ID. But when I use the website it logs in fine. eBay support on Twitter acknowledged the issue yesterday, saying the mobile tech team is working on a fix, though they may have been overly optimistic with their time estimates as new reports are still coming in this morning.
