Poshmark is expanding their reselling partnership program, adding one-click listing creation for well-known brands such as Reformation, Sezane, Farm Rio, Everlane, Mango, Roller Rabbit, For Love & Lemons, and Theory.

The Resell on Poshmark program is being promoted on the company's blog as part of their Earth Day sustainability initiatives, framing circular fashion as a solution to reduce the amount of clothing and other textiles making their way into landfills every year.

Resale Made Simple
The biggest barrier to selling is often the time it takes to create a listing. Resell on Poshmark is designed to solve that: a one-click resale button embedded directly on our partners’ websites.

This effortlessly turns shoppers into sellers, making what was once a time-consuming manual process accessible in an instant.

Here’s How it Works:

  • Follow the remaining simple on-screen instructions to list your item!
  • After enjoying your purchase from one of our partnering retailers, revisit your order within the retailers website.
  • Click “Resell on Poshmark.”
  • With one click, the details of your pre-loved item will automatically populate in a Poshmark listing.

“Our ‘Resell on Poshmark’ program directly addresses one of the biggest points of friction in resale: the time it takes to list an item,” said Poshmark’s Chief Revenue Officer, Elizabeth von der Goltz.

“The future of fashion is circular, and our goal is to make participation effortless. We are making the transition from shopper to seller instantaneous. This deepens our relationships with key brands and solidifies Poshmark’s position as essential in a truly circular fashion economy.”

Resell on Poshmark isn't a new feature - the company has previously launched partnerships with Reformation, Sézane, and Lulus as well as participating in Klarna's resell program and partnering with Loop to help Shopify merchants turn returns into resale success.

Poshmark & Loop help consumers turn missed return windows & final sale regrets into resale success by offering alternative to recoup expenses.

And while Resell on Poshmark still relies on individual users listing items they've previously purchased from brand websites, the promotional push may raise eyebrows amongst sellers who are already concerned about Poshmark competing directly against them in recent Posh Live shows and broader efforts the company is making to court big brands and retailers.

Poshmark is courting brands and retailers, but sellers worry the shift could reshape the marketplace and leave them behind.
