Poshmark is looking for suggestions for new feature ideas to enhance selling and shopping on the platform, launching annual user survey amidst executive leadership shakeup.

Users were greeted with a banner announcement in the Poshmark app last week, soliciting new feature ideas with a deadline of August 10th for submission.

Despite the deadline passing, the Google form for sharing ideas is still active - though it's not clear if any new answers will be considered at this time.

Users were asked to pick which category their suggestion would fit under and then provided a blank text area to provide more details.

What category does your idea fit into? Please select the most relevant category for your idea. If you have more than one idea, please submit a separate form.

The move comes as Founder CEO Manish Chandra has announced he is stepping down next month, with current Executive Chairman and Naver President of Investments Namsun Kim taking over leadership of the platform.

Poshmark CEO Manish Chandra is stepping down after 15 years, will be succeeded by Executive Chairman & Naver President Investments Namsun Kim.

Sellers shared some of their ideas on Reddit, with search functionality and getting rid of the controversial Excessive Listing Removal policy as top suggestions.

I received a notification this morning that Posh is conducting an annual survey to gather feedback on what "new features" users would like to see going forward. I requested they reduce their commission. This survey request showed up as a banner under my news tab. I recommend everyone take a moment to head over and speak your piece if you've not already.

The 'search' feature is whack.

Hide deserted closets after 3 weeks of inactivity, until the owner logs in again and shows some actual sign of life.

Get rid of all the scam messages and bots. No need to let people from foreign IP addresses have access to Poshmark, since Posh caters to buyers and sellers in the US and Canada only.

Make a real effort to block replica sellers. I feel so bad for the buyers who think they just scored a brand new "Gucci" bag for $200.

Policing de-listing and relisting should go. It’s a useless feature.
Instead a feature to remove dead closets.

Winning suggestions will be revealed at PoshFest in San Jose, CA next month.
