Today’s the day—we’re making our debut at the big game later tonight! To build even MORE buzz around this exciting moment, we’re giving shoppers $5 off orders of $50 or more with code GIFTMODE until February 14. The code goes live today at noon ET! Bonus: This discount is fully covered by Etsy!

Shoppers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada can save on orders of $50 or more in their local currency.

If you ship to any of the countries where we’re running this offer and you use Etsy Payments, you’ll be able to take advantage of this promotion. Read on to get the full details, along with tips for spreading the news.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Etsy is funding $5 off all eligible orders* for shoppers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada to give shoppers another reason to discover great gifts on Etsy. You’ll keep your full earnings whenever you make a sale during the promotion.

  • The promotion starts today at 12pm US ET and runs through Wednesday February 14 at 11:59pm US ET. Shoppers can use the promo code GIFTMODE to save!

  • There’s no limit to the number of times a buyer can use this promo between Sunday and Wednesday—so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make sales!

  • For shoppers to use the Etsy-funded discount code, they’ll need to add the code at checkout where it says “Apply Etsy coupon code” (not the “Apply shop coupon codes” section). This is because this coupon is funded by Etsy at no cost to you...

  • Orders $50 or more (in the buyer’s local currency) from buyers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Sellers must accept Etsy Payments to be eligible. See terms.

Etsy also encouraged sellers to use this opportunity to promote items on social media with the Share and Save tool, reminding them of the limited time 0% selling fee offer running through February 15.

Here are a few ways to make the most of this SUPER special offer:

Spread the word using your Share & Save link: Help spread the word by sharing your listings on social media and mentioning the promotion. Don’t forget! You’ll pay ZERO transaction fees on Share & Save orders you get between now and February 15 at 8am US ET (learn more here). Share your most giftable items, the gift section of your shop, or Etsy’s new ad and include the details of the promotion in your post. Then add your Share & Save link so you can save on fees.
