eBay UK Sellers Missing Delivery Options When Creating & Editing Listings
eBay sellers in the UK report technical issue is preventing them from being able to set shipping and delivery options when creating or editing listings.
The UK eBay community forum is being flooded with complaints about the issue with some saying it is affecting only international shipping while others say they are unable to set either domestic or international options.
POSTAGE OPTIONS DISAPPEARED IN MY SCHEDULED ITEMS
When trying to edit my scheduled items ready to list all the postage options have disappeared. I usually see and can change my domestic and international postage. Anyone else expereincing this?
Revising a Listing
Is anybody else having trouble revising their listings? Problem started yesterday for me. I get the usual layout but nothing further after 'Pricing' section. No 'Delivery' section of listing at all.
When I change my price it says 'Couldn't load price' and wont save new price.
Also cannot access any Delivery data to change. Was working fine up until yesterday?

Has anyone else had any issues with adding the delivery/postage options on the listings. It was fine yesterday, I cannot amend delivery selections on existing listings or add on new listings. This is all I see

We have a business account.
The fact that it is happening on some business accounts has business sellers concerned that eBay may be making an update to expand Simple Delivery beyond just private sellers on the platform.
I really hope this has nothing to do with the SIMPLE DELIVERY eBay has now imposed for private sellers, and now trying to pass it on to business sellers.
I hate to be suspicious and negative, but it makes you wonder....
Others speculated it may be related to upcoming international shipping changes due to the US ending de minimis duty exemption on August 29th.

Where on earth do I amend shipping on an existing listing? Delivery options completely disappeared! And it's nothing to do with having an existing offer sent to a buyer. Anyone else having issue. I've not tried listing anything lately, to see if it affects new listings, but will try later.
It's crazy as I can't add US shipping rates to bypass eBay's problems sorting Trump Tariff problems.......
While eBay has not yet provided an explanation for the issue or a timeline for it to be fixed, it will not be surprising if it does end up being related to tariff and de minimis changes, as many international postal systems have been announcing they are temporarily stopping shipping to the US.

Royal Mail in the UK has advised shippers they are "working closely with the US authorities and international partners to manage the impact of these changes" and will be introducing a PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service for account customers to use when exporting to the USA.
In order to facilitate the switch over to the new system, Royal Mail said there will be a short disruption in availability of shipping to the US from August 26-28.
In theory that should not impact domestic shipping within the UK or any other carriers, but it's possible that eBay may be making their own internal adjustments to support new PDDP shipping requirements and that could potentially cause a disruption in all shipping settings for the UK platform.
The issue was brought up in the weekly eBay UK community chat today, with community rep Marco advising it is currently being worked on by the technical team.
Yes, we are aware of this issue, and it is currently being worked on as top priority. We haven't been confirmed when exactly this will be resolved, but the team is aiming to the this resolved as soon as they possibly can. Also, I've added you to the report to let them know that your account is being impacted.
