eBay Shipping Outage Leaves Sellers Scrambling

eBay sellers are once again experiencing shipping disruptions as latest outage leaves them out the money with no label to show for it.

The eBay community forums are currently flooding with reports of payment errors when attempting to purchase labels, with charges going through for some sellers paying with PayPal but no shipping label being generated.

Said label could no be generated. Tried again then said they were not able to take the payment. I tried about 4 times and all times would not work. Then I looked at my PayPal and I was charged 3 times for the label without getting any labels, so look out for that.

eBay Shipping Broken AGAIN - Been trying for an hour to print shipping labels - Please FIX

Same, was charged $87 for 12 labels that wouldn't populate and they have only refunded 7 of them so far. If you have tried to print labels, make sure you havent been charged for them.

We pay for labels with PayPal, and it stated that that eBay was unable to process the payment.

Voila! PayPal charged us for the label anyway.Naturally, went to the eBay Shipping Labels page, and there is no record of the label.

Attempted again, and same problem- PayPal was charged, but no label.

This is going to be a MAJOR problem with many sellers having to go through PayPal to request refunds (if eBay cannot post details of completed / not completed label purchases)!!

Yep! Double charged in Paypal for the same label... that wasn't even generated!

While community staff have not yet responded to any of the many posts about this issue, eBay has placed a warning on the shipping page in Seller Hub.

Please be aware that FedEx, USPS, UPS and eBay Standard Envelope and eBay International Standard Delivery are experiencing issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later.

But as usual, the eBay System Status page has not been updated to reflect this ongoing, widespread outage.
