eBay has announced they will be expanding International Shipping Service to help Canadian sellers navigate cross border trade challenges, but with looming de minimis and tariff changes, will it be too little too late?

Class action law firm Strauss Borrelli PLLC is investigating eBay for potential WARN Act violations related to recent mass layoff at subsidiary TCGPlayer.

eBay is expanding their new Ambassador affiliate program, allowing buyers, sellers, and creators to earn up to 7.5% commission for promoting select listings, but press release glosses over loss of Final Value Fee incentive for sellers previously enrolled in the eBay Partner Network.

eBay has been doling out significant discount incentives in effort to entice buyers to try livestream shopping, but promised coupons are nowhere to be found months later, leaving buyers with a bad taste in their mouth about eBay Live.
