eBay sellers worry that photo glitch may be impacting visibility and sales as red banner error messages display on their own listings.

“Looks like there’s a problem with your photos” on all my listings. Why? What’s the problem?

When I click on my listings, they all have a note at the top that reads “Looks like there’s a problem with your photos, revise listing.” Huh? What problem? It doesn’t say what the problem is. In the eight years I’ve been selling here I have never had problems with my photos. What’s going on? Anyone know?

Is there a glitch in eBay of Photos?

I was wondering why I had 10+ items sold yesterday and 0 today.I done nothing out of the ordinary.

Are my listings showing up? I got this red banner on old and new items. Please let me know if my items are being shown.

eBay community staff have acknowledged the issue, saying the Product Team is working on a fix and providing ALERT16219 as a reference for affected sellers to used when contacting support.

I just checked and there is an open ticket for sellers experiencing issues with their active listings showing an error: "Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your Gallery picture. See details". The ticket is ALERT16219 and is being worked by our Product team to have a resolution asap.

Currently it appears that the error messages only appear to the seller when viewing their own listings and there is no indication that buyers are seeing any errors on their side.

Stay tuned for updates and let us know in the comments below if you are seeing error messages about problems with your eBay pictures!
